Booking a service, Paying for a service

Where can I service my vehicle?

You are free to service your vehicle at any service centre of your choosing. 


What is the booking process?

When booking the service make sure you inform the service provider that your vehicle is on a novated lease with easi and they should call 1300 266 828 prior to starting the service. 

The easi team will check the details and whether sufficient funds are available to pay directly from your lease expense account to the service centre on your behalf. 


What should I consider when booking a service? 

  1. Warranty - check the service provider will keep your new vehicle warranty in tact. 
  2. Lease expense account balance - do you have sufficient accumulated funds in your lease account to cover the cost of the scheduled service? 
  3. What work is being performed over and above scheduled servicing? 


Payment for Servicing? 

  • If the service centre has contacted easi and your account has sufficient funds, we may be able pay for your service directly from your lease account. 
  • You may pay for the service yourself and submit a reimbursement claim through the members portal should your account not have sufficient funds.
