My registration renewal has arrived in the post, what should I do?

Starting July 1 2026, Easi will no longer process your registration renewal on your behalf. Instead, you will need to pay your registration directly and claim a reimbursement. Here's what to expect when your rego is close to expiry:

Easi will send you a reminder email notifying you that the registration is due to expire.
Go to your state or territory's transport authority website and pay your registration directly. Make sure to download your receipt.
Submit a reimbursement claim via the Easi member's portal.

Easi will then process your reimbursement based on available funds in your account.

We recommend that you review your budget to ensure that your contributions are sufficient to meet your needs.

If you have purchased a second hand vehicle the renewal may arrive early in the lease before sufficient funds have accumulated.
